Based Forum was shut down as of 2020-10-03 due to inactivity.
The Teamspeak Server is still running at ts.alwaysbased.com (and will continue to run for a long time).
Fnixer sometimes does his Arma events over there, I will add a link to an organisational thread once I have it.
